iSATed
This study, the first segment of a two-part phased grant, will seek to identify how changes precipitated by health care reform legislation known as the Affordable Care Act affect the capacity of community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment programs to expand services in racial and ethnic minority communities and eliminate disparities in treatment outcomes among African American and Latino clients.
