The Management, Organizations, and Policy Transformation Research Cluster is one of the research clusters of excellence within the USC School of Social Work. Our mission is to promote innovative contributions to scientific inquiry in the areas of organizations, management, policy and leadership that promote inclusion and social justice in organizations. We do so by:
- serving as an intellectual community for faculty, students and community partners interested in areas of management, organizational research, policy and in evidence-based interventions,
- providing an intellectual home for our doctoral students engaged in research in organizations and policy,
- enhancing our research productivity in these fields of scientific inquiry, and
- creating linkages with other schools within USC, other academic institutions, and the communities we serve.
Our expert faculty are leading the way in pioneering the field of social work and business in a global society. We are engaged in Social Work science research on diversity management, organizational climate, diversity and inclusion, policy advocacy and change, and macro-based intervention methodologies.
